Returns:
If you are not satisfied or don’t like the item when you receive it, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return/exchange. The package needs to be sent back within one week of agreement and the tracking number should be provided. Please note that returns/exchanges unrelated to quality issues will be deducted/extra charged with a partial restocking fee, hope you can understand.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

– Customized orders (reissued CAD)
– Full eternity wedding bands
– Engraved Jewelry
– Jewelry with visible worn marks

-Any damage to Jewelry or Gemstone
